Medical Equipment Cleaner 2850 Stockyard Rd, Missoula, MT 59808 Full-Time Job Description Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Medical Equipment Cleaner position. The Equipment Cleaner cleans and refurbishes various types of medical equipment in an efficient, accurate manner. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Clean / disinfect / refurbish and perform preventive maintenance on various types of medical equipment Perform functional testing on various types of medical equipment Re-certify medical equipment to CMS and accreditation body standards Document that cleaned equipment needs accreditation body standards in TIMS Equipment Tracking System (ETS) Notes Bag serviced medical equipment for shipping and place Clean, Test, Bag, Tag (CTBT) tag on equipment showing it is ready for patient use Research maintenance records in
TIMS ETS
Communicate with customers, vendors, co-workers, and management regarding the servicing of equipment Drive to customer's home to perform simple repairs Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary Qualifications Electronic technician degree or prior experience as a medical repair technician Possess the ability to repair, maintain, clean, and package various types of medical equipment Possess strong mechanical skills Stand for extended periods of time Accurately enter data into computer Ability to lift equipment from floor to work bench weighing up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis Work in an environment with fumes, odors, dust, gas, and poor ventilation Complete tasks and solve problems independently with little supervision Read repair orders, manuals, computer screen, etc Communicate information accurately by telephone and in person using good customer service skills Additional Information Norco offers a competitive compensation/benefit package, including: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Medical and Dependent Care Flex Accounts (FSA) Life Insurance provided at no cost to employee by Norco Supplemental Accident, Disease, and Life Insurance options Employee Tuition Reimbursement 401(k) with Employer Matching Employee Discount on products sold by Norco Company Description Founded in 1948, Norco is headquartered in Boise, Idaho and has more than 70 branches in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Utah and Wyoming.
