Full Job Description Benefits:
Health insurance Paid time off Busy Neurosurgery office looking for an experienced medical receptionist who is detailed oriented and is able to multi-task. Receptionist duties include but not limited to; Overall front desk management Greet and direct persons entering office Have knowledge of Health Insurances and know how to verify benefits Obtain Authorizations and Referrals Patient check in/out Process payments and be able to discuss balances with patients Answers multi line telephones, takes detailed and accurate messages, and ensures messages are directed to the appropriate individual Check faxes/emails/voicemails Prepare correct forms and associated correspondence Maintain files and records in a confidential manner Maintain organization and efficiency of front office Perform other related duties as directed or assigned Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing 2 office locations, may need to travel for coverage if need be (Lake Worth & Jupiter) eClinical Works Knowledge a plus, but not required
