Medical Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assitant

Front Desk / Office Assistant Acupuncture Clinic - Sanford, ME & Wolfeboro, NH Our acupuncture clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk / Office Assistant to support operations at our two locations in Sanford and Wolfeboro. The ideal candidate is able and willing to travel to either office as needed. Responsibilities Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out Manage patient paperwork and maintain accurate records Schedule and confirm appointments Process payments, verify insurance benefits, and submit insurance claims Enter and update patient information in office systems Prepare and turn over treatment rooms between appointments Answer phone calls and respond to emails Perform light cleaning, laundry, and restocking of supplies Qualifications Strong multitasking and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and personable demeanor Interest in holistic health and wellness Energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Previous administrative or front desk experience preferred Insurance billing experience is a plus Comfortable using computers, including Windows-based systems and iPads Proficiency with data entry and word processing software required We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
