Job Description Certified Lab Technician (MLT/MLS) Reproductive Medicine & Infertility Associates is an IVF/Infertility Specialty Clinic looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented MLT/MLS looking to be part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients.

Location:

Three Metro locations (Woodbury, Maple Grove, Edina) Experienced technician wanted: Full time lab position in an infertility practice seeks experienced certified MLT/MLS for Mon-Fri 6:30 am

• 3:00pm with occasional weekends.

Lab tasks include semen analysis, intrauterine insemination preparations, hemoglobin's and running specimens on a chemistry analyzer, and phlebotomy. Must possess good communication skills and attention to detail. Please attach resume.

Responsibilities include:

• Andrology
• perform semen analysis, sperm preparations for insemination, read sperm morphology
• Process samples to run on a chemistry analyzer
• Perform daily QC and preventive maintenance
• Room patients for collections
• Phlebotomy
• Process blood samples for in house and reference laboratory testing Educational Requirements
• Graduate of an Accredited School with

Certification Performance Expectations:

• Accurate and effective communication
• must be fluent in English
• Reliable and punctual attendance at work
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Adapt readily to changes
• Excellent clinical, interpersonal and communication skills
