Job Description

Category Laboratory - Medical Technologist Job Type Contract Seeking skilled professionals to perform critical diagnostic laboratory testing as either a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician. This is a contract opportunity that supports a dynamic clinical laboratory setting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in patient care.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT), as applicable Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field Previous experience working in clinical or hospital laboratory environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, methodologies, and regulatory protocols Familiarity with quality assurance and control procedures Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow established protocols Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare team members
Responsibilities:
Perform analysis of body fluids, tissues, and other samples using a variety of laboratory techniques Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment Ensure accuracy of test results by adhering to quality control standards Document and report findings in compliance with laboratory policies Utilize laboratory information systems for data entry and retrieval Help maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment, following safety practices and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals regarding test results and laboratory operations If you are passionate about delivering precise and timely laboratory results that directly impact patient diagnosis and care, we welcome your application.
