We are seeking an experienced, energetic Practice Administrator to join our leadership team and help oversee daily operations, financial performance, staff management, patient flow, and continued operational growth across our three locations. The Role The Practice Administrator will serve as a key operational leader responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of our multi-site ophthalmology practice. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for all three offices and requiring close collaboration with physician leadership, managers, clinical staff, billing, front desk teams, and optical staff. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading in a busy medical environment, improving workflows, managing staff, monitoring financial performance, and helping the practice operate efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
