Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of Lake Hamilton Family Medicine, a high-volume primary care clinic, and MedSpa 1661, a growing medical aesthetics clinic. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading cross-functional teams in two unique healthcare environments. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional patient experience, staff accountability, and financial performance. Responsibilities Operational Oversight Lead daily operations of both Lake Hamilton Family Medicine and MedSpa 1661. Staff Management Hire, train, and evaluate staff across clinical and non-clinical departments. Maintain staffing schedules, oversee timekeeping, and manage leave requests. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. Patient Experience & Quality Ensure superior patient experience through timely communication, low wait times, and clear processes. Respond to patient concerns with professionalism and resolve complaints promptly. Oversee compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal quality standards. Financial & Business Support Monitor and improve revenue cycle performance (collections, A/R, co-payments, point-of-sale). Track supply ordering and inventory for both clinical and aesthetic products. Collaborate with billing and business office to ensure revenue cycle processes are followed. Compliance & Reporting Maintain compliance with corporate policies and external regulations. Ensure timely completion of documentation, compliance training, and staff certifications. Provide performance metrics to executive leadership. Marketing & Growth Ensure all providers are up to date on new services and product offerings. Monitor patient reviews and engagement across platforms like Boulevard and social media outlets. Ensure consistent workflow, scheduling, and staffing across both locations. Collaborate with providers and team leads to address patient flow issues and improve service delivery. Qualifications 3+ years of practice management experience in a healthcare or medical spa setting Strong leadership and team-building skills Working knowledge of AthenaOne and Boulevard preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills High-level problem-solving and multitasking abilities Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare compliance regulations

Work Hours & Compensation:
Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional evening/weekend responsibilities for events or staff support Comprehensive benefit package with competitive salary based on experience Compensation based on experience.
