Medical Provider (Nurse Practitioner) Full-Time | Mount Clare, West Virginia Arch Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Provider (Nurse Practitioner) to join our multidisciplinary treatment team on a full-time basis at our residential treatment facility in Mount Clare, WV. The ideal candidate will bring experience in general/family medicine as well as substance use disorder (SUD) and addiction treatment , with a strong clinical foundation and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. About Arch Recovery Center Arch Recovery Center provides medically assisted detoxification (including the use of Medication-Assisted Treatment - MAT ) and a residential inpatient program ranging from 28-45 days . Our program treats the whole person , addressing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, acute medical needs, and ongoing medication management. Position Overview The Medical Provider will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical and psychiatric care to clients in a residential treatment setting, working closely with nursing, clinical, and administrative staff to ensure safe, effective, and compliant care. Key Responsibilities Conduct medical evaluations, histories, and physical examinations for incoming and current clients Manage medically assisted detoxification , including MAT protocols Prescribe and manage medications for: Substance use disorders Co-occurring psychiatric conditions Chronic and acute medical conditions Address acute care needs and medical concerns as they arise Collaborate with clinical and nursing staff on treatment planning and continuity of care Ensure compliance with applicable state, federal, and regulatory standards Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation in the electronic health record Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care coordination Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of West Virginia (or eligible for licensure) Board certification as FNP, ANP, or similar Experience in family/general medicine required Experience in substance use disorder treatment and addiction medicine strongly preferred Experience managing psychiatric medications and co-occurring disorders preferred Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and communication skills Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Salary negotiable , based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive benefits package, including: Health insurance Dental and vision coverage Supplemental insurance options How to Apply Interested candidates may apply directly or submit a resume via email to: ? careers@archrecoverygroup.com For additional information about the position or job duties, inquiries may also be directed to the same email address.
