Your Health Above All Else We're Hiring! A Medical Receptionist Are you someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills to every interaction? Our department is growing and fast-paced, and we are excited to welcome a Medical Receptionist/Scheduler who is Bilingual in English and Spanish to our team! This is a long-term opportunity with purpose and impact—perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a busy environment. You'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our patients while helping keep our clinic running smoothly. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments Greet and register patients upon arrival Collect co-pays and payments Communicate with patients via fax and text Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Work closely with team members while managing your own tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years medical receptionist & customer service experience in healthcare Bilingual in English & Spanish Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and polished phone etiquette Must type 40 + words a minute Schedule This is a full-time position (30 hours per week), scheduled is Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
