Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment, streamline clinic operations, and ensure accurate handling of medical records and billing processes. We offer primary care, wellness services, hormone optimization, and medical weight loss in a professional but welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally Schedule and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out Collect copays and process payments Verify and update patient information Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Assist with administrative and office tasks as needed Growth Opportunity We are willing to train the right candidate to expand into clinical responsibilities over time, including: Vital signs Basic clinical support Phlebotomy/lab draws Medical assistant duties As skills and responsibilities increase, compensation will increase accordingly.
Qualifications Preferred but not required:
Previous medical office or receptionist experience Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers and multitasking Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude We value personality, reliability, and willingness to learn just as much as prior experience.
