Medical Receptionist

TEMPORARY

medical receptionist position available in a small chiropractic office

• the hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 2:00pm
• 6:00pm, and every other Friday 9:00am
• 2:00pm.

This job is simple, but requires initiative, great communication, attention to detail and impeccable accuracy. The job entails answering and transferring phone calls, sending/receiving faxes, greeting/scheduling patients, filing, copying, light cleaning, taking patient payments, and other routine clerical duties. Must be professional, organized, reliable, assertive, punctual and able to manage a variety of patient personalities. Basic computer skills are required, as well as reliable transportation. This is a temporary position
