MedNOW is looking for an energetic medical receptionist for our front office to help us check in and greet patients and provide excellent customer service for our Greeenwood Village location. Full Job Description:

MedNOW is looking for a friendly face to provide top notch customer service to our patients as they enter our clinics. We emphasize team work and a family feel to our clinics and hope to find someone who is a good fit for the culture we value so highly. Applicants should expect to interact with other roles such as Medical Assistants, Billing Representatives, and clinicians and be eager to learn and grow with the needs of the clinic and the patients we serve. Candidates must be prepared to show up on time, dress professionally and maintain a clean and organized workspace to allow us to serve the multitude of needs that our patients have. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with an electronic health records, and specifically Athena, is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Greets and assists patients with check in, appointment scheduling, and a variety of other requests with a positive and welcoming attitude. Works as a team player to problem solve and resolve issues that may arise on the job when necessary. Manages time effectively, works quickly and accurately to keep the clinic workflow and operation Provides administrative support for the clinic as needed. Answers phone calls and returns voicemails timely. Maintains an organized, friendly and prepared environment at the front office at all times. This position is for our Greenwood Village location. It is a Full Time position Monday-Friday 8-5.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
