Our Team Members are the foundation of our success and truly the most valuable part of the Live! brand Live! is seeking a highly professional Security Ambassador with additional First Aid/CPR/AED training to join our medical safety team. This dual-role position combines proactive, guest-focused security duties with the ability to immediately respond to medical incidents on property and provide basic, qualified medical assistance until EMS arrives. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, service-oriented, and fully certified in first aid/CPR/AED. Responsibilities Where You'll Make anImpact:
Security Duties Patrol and monitor assigned areas to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. Enforce property policies, observe and report suspicious activity and safety hazards. Respond to incidents, de-escalate conflicts, and coordinate with supervisors and law enforcement as needed. Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain records in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members. Medical Safety Duties Serve as an active member of the Live! medical safety team. Respond immediately to customer and team member medical emergencies. Administer basic first aid, CPR, and AED use within the scope of training and certifications. Stabilize patients, communicate with arriving EMS professionals, and assist as directed. Determine need to initiate 911 contact and document medical incidents thoroughly. Maintain and restock first aid supplies and AED equipment as required. Other duties as assigned. Skills toHelp You Succeed :
Ability to write reports. Ability to use a telephone properly. Ability to read and understand memos. Knowledge of emergency trauma. Good public relations/customer service skills. Knowledge of universal standards for exposure to blood. Knowledge of required OSHA regulations. Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.Qualifications Must-Haves:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in emergency medical field is a plus. Current, valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification required. Prior security, public safety, or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; professional and approachable demeanor. Strong written communication and report-writing skills. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and during interruptions. Knowledge of bloodborne pathogen exposure protocols and relevant OSHA standards. Basic computer skills for incident logging and record keeping. Valid driver's license preferred. You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment. Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to ascend and descend stairs. Ability to work in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold). Ability to run, stoop, bend and reach outward and above the head. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to ride a bicycle. Ability to operate and ride a Segway and / or other vehicles.
