This is a part-time, in-person position (approximately 20 hours per week) with opportunity for growth for the right person. We are a fast-paced chiropractic office serving families, pregnant moms, infants, and children. We are looking for someone who thrives in an energetic environment, loves people and kids, learns quickly, and takes pride in being detail-oriented and dependable. Responsibilities Accurately document patient visits and clinical notes in real time Assist doctors with maintaining efficient patient flow Cross-train to support front desk operations as needed Help maintain organized and accurate patient records Communicate professionally and warmly with patients and families Support a positive, team-oriented office environment Ideal Candidate Highly organized with strong attention to detail Tech savvy and comfortable learning software systems quickly Strong work ethic with high integrity and professionalism Able to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment Warm, personable, and enjoys working with children and families Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills Qualifications Previous medical scribe or healthcare office experience is helpful but not required Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply Medical terminology and/or anatomy coursework preferred Basic computer and phone skills required Passion for health, wellness, and chiropractic care is a plus

Position Details Part-time:
