Key Qualifications:

Unencumbered RN license Proven experience in a Medical-Surgical unit (RN-MS or RN - Med Surg) Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver holistic nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and post-surgical conditions Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, adjusting as patient needs change Administer medications and perform treatments accurately and safely Monitor patient progress, document thoroughly, and communicate updates to physicians and healthcare team Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, discharge instructions, and ongoing care needs Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient safety at all times Collaborate effectively with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff to optimize outcomes
