Qualifications & Required Experience:

Active, unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med-Surg and/or Telemetry units BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong assessment, multitasking, and communication skills Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to evidence-based practices

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to adult patients across Med-Surg and Telemetry units Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms, promptly reporting any changes Administer prescribed medications and treatments, closely following physician orders Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, procedures, and post-discharge instructions Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure continuity of care Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate patient records
