Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients on a busy medical-surgical unit Collaborate closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and healthcare support staff Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and update care plans as needed Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and post-discharge care Respond quickly to patient needs, emergencies, and changes in health status Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and best practices

Qualifications:

Current, active RN license in good standing Minimum of one year of recent experience as an RN in a med-surg environment Proficiency in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with teams and providing patient education Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; additional credentials preferred Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and shifting patient needs

Schedule/Hours:
