Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:30

AM Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months. Experience with Epic is required. Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. No current placement allowed at

Program:

Staffency Program - Aspirus. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

The major conditions/most frequent diagnoses treated: Adults - respiratory illnesses, stroke, other neurological conditions (such as seizure disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, chronic back pain), gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, urinary tract disorders, sepsis, wound care, clotting disorders, other infectious disease processes, and acute alcohol withdrawal. During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. This is an Aspirus policy, and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action.
