Shift:

7:00 AM•7:30

PM Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit experience. Experience with Meditech is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. No current placement allowed at

Program:

Vaya Program•Appalachian Regional Healthcare. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Preferred Credentials:

•AVADE Level I & II preferred.

Special Requests:

•Travel pairs will not be accepted on the same shift or unit.

Unit Details:

•Adult and geriatric patient population.•Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc.

Shift & Scheduling:

•Must be willing to accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one week 3x12, next week 4x12).•Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements:

•Float within scope of practice only; 6040, 6041, Rehab, Transfer Unit, ER Hold.
