Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools to load, unload, and transport medical supplies safely and efficiently Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process orders for shipping and receiving Manage inventory through stock replenishment, stocking, and organizing materials in designated storage areas Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety standards Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for distribution to healthcare facilities or clients Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipment details, documenting transactions, and maintaining detailed records Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve processes, and uphold safety protocols during heavy lifting and load/unload operations Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; previous warehouse experience is highly valued Skilled in operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners; certification is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and materials handling tools Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for order picking, inventory tracking, and shipping documentation Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and load & unload activities safely and efficiently Experience with order picker devices or pickers is advantageous for precise order fulfillment Excellent attention to detail for quality control checks and accurate order processing Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and warehouse supervisors on daily tasks Join us in delivering vital medical supplies with precision and care!
