Requirements:

5+ years of

MEDITECH

Expanse Director-level experience in hospital billing revenue cycle analytics and performance measurement. This role leads segments of

MEDITECH

Expanse transitions, owns KPI and baseline development, and ensures reporting is accurate, actionable, and operationalized. Experience leading workstreams within

MEDITECH

Expanse revenue cycle implementations or optimizations. Demonstrated ability to define metrics, baseline data, identify trends, and produce actionable insights. Ability to communicate effectively with executive, operational, technical, and analyst audiences. 50/50 split of capabilities across MEDITECH and revenue cycle outcomes; Epic experience is a plus but not required.
