Job Description Contour Medical Aesthetics is expanding, and we are hiring a warm, detail-oriented, and professional Front Desk Receptionist for our Nanuet location. You will be the face of our practice—greeting clients, managing scheduling, and ensuring every visit reflects the elevated, boutique experience our brand is known for. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team. Key Responsibilities Provide an exceptional, luxury-level greeting and check-in experience for every client Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and waitlist coordination Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and warmth Process payments, run transactions, and reconcile daily reports at the point of sale Coordinate patient intake, consent forms, and medical history documentation Keep the reception area immaculate, stocked, and aligned with Contour's aesthetic standards Assist with retail product recommendations, sales, and inventory management Support the team with day-to-day administrative duties including ordering supplies and managing vendor communications Assist with marketing efforts such as managing online reviews and social media messaging Follow all HIPAA guidelines and ensure the confidentiality of patient information Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 1+ years in a front desk, administrative, or customer-facing role; experience in a medspa, dermatology clinic, dental office, or luxury retail environment strongly preferred Polished, professional presentation with a friendly and approachable personality Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Comfortable with technology including scheduling platforms, POS systems, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills Familiarity with aesthetic treatments or willingness to learn about Contour's service offerings Perks & Benefits Competitive hourly pay with performance-based bonus potential Employee discounts on treatments and retail skincare products Be part of a brand-new location launch with room to grow Modern, luxury work environment Training and continuing education provided Collaborative, supportive team culture with mentorship from industry-leading professionals Career advancement opportunities within a growing multi-location practice Schedule Monday through Saturday with flexibility required; specific schedule to be discussed during interview.
