Job Description

Glow Medspa specializes in laser hair removal and other esthetic medspa services! We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our Medspa team in Colleyville. This full-time role offers a dynamic work environment where you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from appointment scheduling to check-out.
The position schedule will be:
Tuesday through Saturday, 6:30AM, and off by 2:30 PM. Compensation This position starts at $16.00/hour during the probationary training period. (usually about 3-4 weeks) OR until your manager feels you can handle the job completely and independently. Once able to work independently, pay increases to $18.00/hour. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression Answer phone calls, emails, voicemails, and client messages professionally and promptly. Greet clients, check them in and out, collect payments, and maintain a welcoming front desk experience. Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments according to company policy. Assist clients with service, package, membership, and basic pre/post-care questions using approved company information. Document client notes, scheduling updates, account changes, and important communication accurately. Monitor company email and relay important client, scheduling, or operational information to management when needed. Keep the lobby, front desk, and reception area clean, organized, and professional. Assist the team with room turnover, service setup, and general support during downtime. Follow all company policies, scripts, client communication standards, and scheduling protocols. Help maintain a calm, professional, team-focused environment for clients and staff. Skills Previous medical office, clinic, spa, medspa, dermatology, or customer service experience preferred. Exceptional customer service and professional communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive client information discreetly and confidentially. HIPAA/privacy awareness preferred; training provided. Bilingual abilities highly valued, but not required. Proficient computer skills and ability to learn scheduling/payment software. Strong phone etiquette, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, positive, and team-oriented. Company Closures At Glow, we believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our locations are closed on the following days: Saturday before Easter. Saturday before Memorial Day. Independence Day. Saturday before Labor Day. Wednesday through Saturday during Thanksgiving week. December 24th - January 1st for Winter / Christmas Break. Ability to Commute /
Relocate Colleyville, TX:
Must reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work. Interview Process Our hiring process begins with a brief phone call to confirm basic details, including start-date availability, schedule fit, and understanding of the role and set pay rate. Candidates who may be a good fit will then be invited for an in-person interview. After the in-person interview, selected candidates may be invited to complete a 1-2 hour shadow shift as the final step in the interview process. This allows the candidate to observe the role, team flow, and daily expectations during open business hours before a final hiring decision is made.
