Part-time, Full-time Member Experience Position Overview:
This is not a JOB. This is an opportunity, a lifestyle, a vital role. As the Member Experience Associate at STRONG Pilates, your success will be measured by a combination of sales achievements and client satisfaction metrics! You will be at the forefront of our mission to transform lives. You will ensure that every member has an exceptional and personalized experience from the moment they walk through the doors. This position blends sales, customer service, and operational tasks, making it perfect for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
    Sales & Membership:
    Assist clients with purchasing packages and memberships.
      Member Engagement:
      Greet and welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about our services
        Booking & Scheduling:
        Manage client appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling of classes. Handle any changes or cancellations with professionalism.
          Service Excellence:
          Maintain a deep understanding of our class offerings, benefits, and workouts. Offer informed recommendations based on client inquiries.
            Operational Support:
            Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio, including preparation of compresses and restocking of amenities.
              Feedback & Improvement:
              Collect and relay member feedback to continuously improve the member experience. Participate in team meetings to discuss member insights.
                Community Engagement:
                Assist in organizing and executing events, workshops, and partnerships that promote STRONG in the local community.
                • Support for
                Events:
                Assist in setting up and breaking down spaces for special events, ensuring a clean and organized environment throughout.
                • Other duties as assigned and needed to support the overall business & team success.
                Qualifications:
                • Previous experience in a Sales role or customer service, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.
                • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for health and wellness.
                • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
                • Proficiency in booking and scheduling software is a plus.
                • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed. How your impact and success is measured:
