Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our members. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various tasks. As a Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with inquiries, transactions, and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist members with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Handle cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide information about products and services, promoting upselling opportunities to enhance member satisfaction. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations. Demonstrate phone etiquette when addressing member calls or inquiries. Assist in resolving member complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Experience Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with members and colleagues.
