Job Description

Summary:
Our Member Services team supports our mission of delivering personalized financial solutions and education. We are seeking a detail-oriented, responsible Back Office/Call Center Representative to join our growing Branch team in Greenbelt, MD.
Role Overview:
This position handles inbound/outbound calls, responds to member inquiries across digital platforms, processes transactions, maintains accounts, opens new accounts, and supports branch reporting and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies as it relates to lending and/or member services Generate and process daily and weekly reports Process transactions (deposits, transfers, payments, account updates) Open and manage member accounts; promote services Handle wires, disputes, stop payments, and check processing Assist with in-branch support as needed Perform administrative and operational tasks
Schedule:
Full-time, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional extended hours and 1-2 Saturdays per month.
Qualifications:
2+ years in a financial institution High school diploma or GED Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
At least four (3) years of Financial Institution experience is preferred. Experience working within a Credit Union is preferred.
