Job Opening:

Member Services Specialist The Missouri Municipal League (MML) is seeking a Member Services Specialist to join our fantastic team. This is an entry-level position offering an excellent opportunity to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities include:

Responding to member inquiries on city government topics (training provided) Maintaining and enhancing MML's digital libraries Monitoring, tracking, and organizing high-volume public policy information Updating website content Occasionally assisting team members with ongoing projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Economics, History, Library Science, Political Science or related field (will also consider equivalent local government experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Interest in—and aptitude for—learning the intricacies of Missouri municipal government 1-2 years of related work experience preferred Some travel, including overnight, may be required.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary range of $46,000-$52,000, a competitive benefits package and comfortable office setting.
