What You'll Do:

Hit individual and team sales goals while driving self-generated leads and membership growth. Coach, train, and develop your team daily through real-time role play and performance feedback

Coaching & Development, Results Driven Work in a dynamic health club environment with members, staff, and vendors This is a non-exempt, full-time position with varied hours based on business needs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, you will be touring prospects walking through the club. This position requires that you work within the clubs and you may go out to the community for outreach. You'll supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site.
