Compensation & Perks $17.00 per hour + commission opportunities Free Pilates classes Opportunity for growth into leadership roles Be part of a fast-growing, community-driven brand Schedule Monday opening 5:30-12 or 4PM-9:30 Tuesday opening 6:30-12 or 4PM-9:30 Wednesday opening 6:30-12 or 4PM-9:30 Saturday opening 6:30-12 or 4PM-9:30 Sunday opening 6:30-12 or 4PM-9:30 What You'll Do Drive membership sales through lead follow-up, booking, and closing Connect with prospects and guide them into Intro Classes Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience from first visit to sign-up Conduct studio tours and build genuine relationships Hit and exceed sales goals across memberships and retail Support member retention through ongoing communication Maintain a clean, organized, high-energy studio environment Assist with marketing efforts, events, and social media What We're Looking For Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal-driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets Confident communicator in person and on the phone Organized, reliable, and able to multitask Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems Passion for fitness and helping others feel their best Sales or fitness experience is a plus, not required
