Mental Health Therapist

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and thrive in a supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy sessions to clients
• Conduct assessments to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as psychotherapy, behavioral therapy, and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards Qualifications
• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
• Experience working in a clinical setting or mental health clinic preferred
• Strong knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Must be able to work two nights per week or one weekend day

Wage is based on liscensure.
