You'll join a team embedded in the community, providing services in: Boone County schools Witham Pediatrics Witham Pain Management Witham Family Medicine - Thorntown Witham Physician Specialty Center - Crawfordsville Sylvia's Child Advocacy Center Boone County Jail And multiple office locations in Lebanon, Zionsville, Crawfordsville, Thorntown, and Frankfort We're currently seeking two (2) Master's-level Therapists/Counselors to join our outpatient team in either our Crawfordsville or Thorntown office. We strongly prefer candidates who are license-eligible (with a temporary permit) or fully licensed as:

LCAC-A, LMHC-A, LSW-A, LAC

(associate/temporary levels)

LCAC, LMHC, LCSW, LSW

(full licenses) …with experience in social work, mental health, and/or addictions . Key Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and crisis evaluations Provide individual and group counseling in an outpatient setting Perform case management Educate clients and their support networks on addiction issues and available services/programs Deliver holistic, whole-person approaches to recovery Collaborate closely with families, probation officers, law enforcement, and other key stakeholders Submit billing and required paperwork in a timely manner Requirements Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field Must be license-eligible with a temporary permit OR hold one of the following Indiana licenses :

LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCAC
