A Clinical Home, Not Just a Contract G&A Counseling is a locally owned, clinician-led behavioral health practice in downtown Richmond, Kentucky. Founded in 2017 by Toni Gaines, LPCC-S, we built this practice around one idea: give clinicians what they need to do excellent clinical work, and get out of the way. We are looking for licensed mental health therapists (LPCA, LPCC, LCSW) to join our practice as independent contractors. Full caseload and part-time options available. You set your schedule. You never touch a clearinghouse. Free clinical supervision for LPCAs. LPCC-S supervisors on staff. Supervision hours are built into the practice, not an outside expense you pay for. Pursuing your LPCC? Your supervision is covered. EHR provided. Full TherapyNotes access for scheduling, documentation, telehealth, and patient portal at no cost to you. A full continuum of care. Targeted case management, community support, DUI education, and medication management are all on-site. When a patient needs more than therapy, the referral is down the hall. We are pursuing NHSC site approval, which will make clinicians eligible for federal student loan repayment of up to $50,000.

Compensation LPCA:

$35 - $45 per billable hour

LPCC/LCSW

$45 - $60 per billable hour No rent. No software fees. No billing costs. No admin overhead. You bring the clinical skill, we provide everything else. Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field (required) Kentucky LPCA, LPCC, or LCSW license, or eligibility to obtain (required) About G&A Counseling Serving central Kentucky since 2017. Credentialed with major Kentucky Medicaid and commercial insurance payers. Active in 12 Madison County schools. AODE licensed for substance abuse education programming. Locally owned.
