Job Description
Job Description • Core Responsibilities o Plan and coordinate installation means and methods aligned to design basis; verify compliance and quality. o Interface with owner reps, subcontractors, FSRs, and commissioning agents; facilitate issue resolution and schedule alignment. o Drive commissioning readiness (e.g., pre-functional checks, load-soak prep) and maintain structured reporting. o Lead field documentation in Procore; manage punch lists, PTP verifications, and safety walkdowns (LOTO/PPE). o Maintain documentation (photos, checklists, punch items) and communicate status/risks to project leadership and the customer. o Serve as onsite point-of-contact when leadership is offsite; escalate issues and keep schedule moving.
