We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Merchandising Manager to elevate our product presentation and drive sales across retail, e-commerce, and event channels. Position Summary The Merchandising Manager will oversee product assortment, inventory planning, visual merchandising, and sales strategy to ensure our premium brand is represented at the highest level. This role works closely with sales, marketing, product development. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with brand goals and sales targets Manage product assortment across e-commerce platforms, trade shows, and dealer networks Analyze sales trends, customer demand, and inventory levels to optimize product availability Coordinate product launches for new accessories, apparel, and related merchandise Build strong relationships with vendors, dealers, and internal teams Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and merchandising performance metrics Ensure brand presentation reflects the company's premium image and heritage Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field preferred 3-5+ years of merchandising, retail planning, or product management experience Experience in luxury goods, sporting goods, outdoor lifestyle, or premium retail preferred Strong analytical skills with inventory planning experience Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Excel, inventory systems, and e-commerce platforms What We Offer Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision benefits Opportunity to work with a respected luxury heritage brand
