Job Description

Your tasks
Strategic Leadership:
You lead the team with foresight, aligning local market needs with our global Brose international strategy and customer expectations.
Product Lifecycle Management:
From the initial prototype to series production - you direct the design, development, and validation of new products and optimize existing designs throughout their entire lifecycle.
Technology Pioneer:
You stay ahead of technology trends, evaluate market demands, and determine the need for technology transfer in coordination with our headquarters. You actively promote innovation and secure our Intellectual Property (IP).
Resource & Budget Ownership:
You hold the reins—from investment planning and departmental budgets to ensuring optimal staffing levels for all internal and customer projects.
Interface Management & Ambassadorship:
You act as a strategic link between central departments, external service providers, and customers. You represent BNA's interests with technical excellence directly at the OEM level.
Your Profile Educational Background:
A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineering.
Extensive Experience:
You have at least 10 years of experience in automotive engineering, specifically with motors, mechanisms, and advanced mechanical systems.
Proven Leadership:
You possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a management role, with a talent for inspiring teams and driving high-performance results.
Industry Insider:
You have a profound understanding of OEM methods, developments, and processes (Domestic/North American market).
Communication Skills:
You are a fluent communicator in English. Basic German skills are a distinct advantage for collaborating effectively with our global headquarters.
