Operations Intern

The Operations Intern will support the tech operations team with managing financial and resource updates and tracking. The ideal candidate will identify data abnormalities and update as needed.

What You'll Do:

Time Tracking tool (NetSuite Projects Pro) support Updating rates for resources Working support tickets Resource mapping updates Labor Invoice reconciliation & loading into our tracking tool (Temforce) Resource analysis/Capacity Planning support Manage weekly data refresh from our workforce management tool (Workday) Open positions Filled positions New Hires Create/maintain Power BI reports.

What We're Looking For:

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, management, or related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Netsuite and Netsuite Suite Project Pro experience is also helpful (a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Location United States The US national base salary range for this position is from $42,700.00 - $79,300.00 The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
