Full Time Daycare Facilitator 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 1455 Suncrest Drive, Lapeer, MI 48446 Full-time Lapeer County Medical Care Facility (Suncrest) 57 reviews Full-time Major Duties and Responsibilities v Playing on the children's level v Cleaning classrooms daily v Diaper changes/Potty training v Take children outside and upstairs for walks and to the playground v Plan field trips if age appropriate v Nap children v Meeting children on their individual level v Completing assessments in a timely manner v Anecdotal notes for children v Complete Lesson Plans Weekly v Bottles/feeding infants v Eat meals with children (Family style) v Communication throughout meals about daily activities v Inform Supervisor when inventory is low, or equipment needs repair v Report concerns regarding children to Supervisor in a timely matter v Responsible for the health, welfare, and safety of children in designated groups v Intergenerational activities or walks v Abide by applicable policies and procedures v Complete paperwork on children daily and yearly v Flexibility to move to other positions v Possess a sincere commitment to the philosophy of Suncrest Daycare and LCMCF v Supervise Aide in daily activities v Train Aide in room of classroom policies and procedures v Maintain professionalism with co-workers, families, children and in the classrooms Required Qualifications v High school graduate or equivalent required v Child Development associates required v Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language v Must be able to read, follow oral directions and write legibly v Must be honest, trustworthy and possess tolerance for all individuals v Must be able to communicate with other departments v Must have good physical and mental health.
