Job Description
Ensuring safe food supply Preparing samples for testing by diluting or enriching samples for bacterial growth Analyzing samples for bacterial growth by either instrumentation or observation of growth on various types of media. Opportunities for training once proficiency is obtained Daily responsibilities vary Bachelor's degree in food science, biology or chemistry or at a minimum an A.A.S. in Food Science or equivalent laboratory experience.
