Permanent Brow Artist — Microblading, Nano Brows & Powder Brows Bella Vita Lashes — About Bella Vita Lashes Bella Vita Lashes is a Laredo beauty studio known for luxury lash and brow work and a loyal, repeat clientele. We're expanding our permanent brow services and looking for a talented artist who wants a steady, pre-booked schedule in a beautiful studio — without the headache of running a solo business. The Opportunity We need a licensed, certified brow artist to deliver microblading, nano brow, and powder/ombre brow services. You focus on the artistry; we handle the marketing, the bookings, the front desk, and the back office. This is the right seat for someone who loves the craft and wants to maximize income without building a brand from scratch. What You'll Do Perform microblading, nano brow, and powder/ombre brow procedures using sterile, single-use tools and high-quality pigments Consult with clients on shape, symmetry, color match, skin type, and realistic expectations Maintain a clean, sanitized station that meets all TDLR and Dallas County Health Department standards Complete intake forms, consent paperwork, and before/after/healed photo documentation for every client Run touch-up appointments and walk clients through aftercare Contribute content to our social channels — you do the work, our team handles the editing and posting What We're Looking For Completed certification in microblading and at least one machine-based technique (nano and/or powder/ombre) Current Bloodborne Pathogens certification Portfolio of healed work — we want to see results at 6+ weeks, not just same-day photos 1+ years of experience preferred (we'll consider a strong newer artist with an exceptional portfolio) Reliable, professional, detail-obsessed, and great with clients
