This company specializes in high-precision components for the RF and MW industry and has been recognized for its commitment to quality and innovation. In this role, you will be essential to the manufacturing process, working with micro-sized components to produce inductor parts using semi-automated equipment. You'll handle fine gauge wires, work under a microscope for extended periods, and follow detailed instructions to ensure quality and efficiency.\ In this position, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, handling tiny parts with tweezers, loading and unloading components, and accurately recording production data. Your work contributes directly to the production of critical RF components and helps maintain the company\'s high standards for quality.\

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with microscopes and handling small parts\
• Proficient with tweezers and other small hand tools\
• Ability to work under a microscope for long periods\
• Fine motor skill and good hand-eye coordination\
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions\
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred\
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset\

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with flexible start times for the first shift\

Pay:
