Okta:

2+ years (SSO, MFA, and robust user security).

Salesforce:

2+ years (CRM solutions and secure integrations). Dynamics 365

CRM:

2+ years (Enterprise CRM management).

SharePoint:

2+ years (Collaboration and document management).

What You Will Do Advise & Guide:

Serve as a technical expert using Agile/Scrum methodologies to help adopt and optimize Salesforce.

Security Oversight:

Safeguard sensitive data through secure account setup, maintenance, and deactivation.

Solution Design:

Consult with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend enterprise-level technical solutions.

Risk Management:

Provide data on the advantages, perils, and risks of various industry alternatives and system upgrades.

Audit Support:

Assist with recurring IT security and financial audits.

Mandatory Compliance US Work Restriction:

All work must be performed within the United States. Use of government equipment outside the U.S. is strictly prohibited.
