Jul 1, 2026 Job Description McCall Middle School is seeking an qualified education leader to provide instructional leadership and managing the daily operations of the middle school. This role focuses on fostering a safe, inclusive, and academically challenging environment that promotes student growth, staff development, and positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of the school's vision, mission, and improvement goals. Assist in supervising and evaluating teachers and staff to promote high-quality instruction. Monitor student achievement data and support instructional strategies to improve outcomes. Oversee student discipline and behavior management in alignment with school policies. Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive school climate for all students and staff. Coordinate and support student services, including counseling, special education, and interventions. Assist in scheduling, staffing, and daily school operations. Communicate effectively with students, families, staff, and community stakeholders. Support professional development initiatives and staff collaboration. Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field. Valid state certification/licensure as a school administrator. Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience; middle school experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Experience with student discipline systems and restorative practices preferred.
Compensation Range:
$120,000-$135,000
