About Us Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is a growing nonprofit organization dedicated to helping adolescents develop the skills they need to succeed in life. Since 2003, we've provided innovative academic and mental health services for youth who thrive best in supportive, non-traditional environments. Ashuelot Valley Academy is a 220-day, non-public special education school serving students in grades 5-12 . Our trauma-informed, relationship-driven approach empowers students academically, socially, and emotionally. Position Overview As a Middle School Classroom Teacher , you will play a key role in supporting both the academic progress and overall well-being of your students. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment.
