MILLWORK Moulder/Rip Saw Operator

Serving North Central and South Texas, we focus on quality craftsmanship, consistency, and reliable delivery. Job Overview This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have prior experience in a millwork or moulding production environment. TWC Millwork is hiring a Millwork Moulder / Rip Saw Operator for a fast-paced production facility. This role is hands-on and focused on running equipment, processing material, and keeping production moving efficiently from raw lumber to finished mouldings. You will be working directly on the shop floor operating machinery and supporting production flow while maintaining quality and safety standards. Schedule Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Overtime may be required based on production needs Duties Operate moulders, rip saws, and related millwork equipment Process raw lumber into mouldings and wood components Set up and run machines based on job specifications and profiles Follow cut lists, job orders, and production schedules Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met Identify defects, machine issues, or inconsistencies and address or report them Maintain steady production flow and minimize downtime Assist with material handling and movement throughout the shop Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Experience in a millwork, moulding, or wood production environment Experience operating moulders, rip saws, or similar equipment Ability to run machines with minimal supervision Understanding of production flow, material yield, and waste Ability to read measurements and follow job specifications Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable and consistent attendance Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly Why Join TWC Millwork?
