Millwright / Industrial Mechanic Based in Rochester, NY (Travel to Job Sites) Full-Time $27-$55/hr (based on experience) We re working with a growing industrial services company looking to add Millwrights / Industrial Mechanics to their team. If you like working with your hands, solving mechanical problems, and being part of different projects (not stuck in the same spot every day), this is an exciting opportunity.

What you ll be doing:

Installing and setting up industrial machinery and equipment Rigging, moving, and aligning equipment (motors, conveyors, gearboxes, etc.) Reading blueprints and mechanical drawings Using precision tools to align and level equipment Supporting troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance Working on job sites like plants, mills, and fabrication shops Good fit if you have: Journeyman-level Millwright, mechanical, or industrial installation experience Experience with rigging, equipment setting, or machinery installs Ability to read prints and work with hand/power tools Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable working in the field, indoors and outdoors What to expect: Hands-on work Variety of projects (no two jobs are the same) Opportunity to grow your skillset and move up over time Overtime available depending on project needs

Compensation Range:

Hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $27.00 to $55.00 based on education and years of experience.
