Millwright Mechanic - Level 4

We are seeking an experienced Level 4 Millwright Mechanic to join our maintenance team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with particular emphasis on PLC systems, industrial electrical work, and machine installation. This position is a 12 hour [8-8] on a 48/36hr weekly rotating schedule and does include some weekends. Key Responsibilities Install, commission, and relocate industrial machinery, production equipment, and support systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment Diagnose machine faults using PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and electrical schematics Perform electrical wiring, motor controls, sensor setup, and control panel troubleshooting Assist with startup, testing, alignment, and calibration of newly installed equipment Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals Complete preventative maintenance and identify opportunities to improve technical manuals, improve equipment reliability, and improve uptime Work closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams during installations, upgrades and breakdown response Qualifications Level 4 Millwright or equivalent industrial maintenance experience Strong working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment Experience with industrial electrical systems, motor controls, VFD's, sensors, relays and control circuits Proven experience installing, aligning, and commissioning production machinery Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and prioritize production-critical issues Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring tools, and diagnostic equipment Strong understanding of lockout/tagout procedures and industrial standards while adhering to all food, safety, and quality policies. Pay:

$38.09 per hour
