Millwright / Welder / Industrial Maintenance Technician Pay based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability. Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Millwright / Welder / Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing, and fabricating equipment and components for industrial clients. This is a hands-on position that requires strong mechanical ability, welding and fabrication skills, troubleshooting experience, and a willingness to work in an industrial environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical problems and identify the root cause of equipment issues Weld, fabricate, modify, and repair parts, guards, brackets, frames, and other components as needed Install, align, adjust, and maintain bearings, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, shafts, rollers, belts, chains, and other industrial equipment Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, equipment manuals, and mechanical diagrams Perform preventative maintenance including cleaning, greasing, lubricating, tightening, and inspecting equipment Repair or assist with hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance issues Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welders, cutting torches, grinders, lifts, and other shop equipment Maintain tools, equipment, parts, and supplies in an organized manner Respond to maintenance issues and repair requests in a timely manner Communicate with supervisors and other team members regarding equipment issues, repair status, and needed parts Follow all company safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work environment Assist with special projects, equipment installations, facility repairs, and improvements as needed Qualifications Experience as a millwright, welder, fabricator, maintenance technician, or similar role preferred Welding and fabrication experience required Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and understand drawings, mechanical diagrams, and equipment manuals Experience with conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, belts, chains, and industrial equipment preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to take initiative Good communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in tight or elevated areas Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, noisy, or industrial environments Must be able to safely use ladders, lifts, tools, and shop equipment Benefits Competitive pay based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability Health insurance Retirement plan options Paid time off Paid holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Position Summary We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated person who takes pride in quality work.
