Duties Deliver sermons, teachings, and inspirational messages that resonate with diverse audiences and strengthen faith communities. Provide bereavement support and hospice care to individuals and families navigating grief and loss with compassion and sensitivity. Lead and organize community events, workshops, and outreach programs that promote spiritual development and community engagement. Offer Christian counseling, mentoring, and crisis intervention to individuals facing personal challenges or spiritual doubts. Develop engaging presentations and facilitate public speaking engagements to educate and inspire congregations or community groups. Manage conflict resolution and crisis management situations with tact, empathy, and professionalism. Collaborate with church leadership on strategic planning for outreach initiatives, educational programs, and faith-based activities. Qualifications Proven experience in religious leadership or ministry roles with a strong background in Christian counseling. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to deliver compelling sermons and presentations. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in mentoring, event planning, and conflict management. Knowledge of bereavement support practices, hospice care principles, and crisis intervention techniques. Strong public speaking skills complemented by effective presentation skills suitable for diverse audiences. Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion while maintaining professionalism during crisis management scenarios. Educational background in theology or related fields is preferred; certification from recognized religious institutions is advantageous.
