In this role, you will provide one to one therapeutic service designed to promote learning, growing, social engagement, and milestone achievement. Your expertise will help clients achieve their developmental goals through personalized treatment plans and compassionate care. Duties Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and occupational health standards Provide one to one care with children between the ages 2-6. Stay current with industry best practices and trainings Complete daily notes to assess and monitor process Communicate with parents to ensure care Employ child directed and structured play to meet goals Ensure the physical and mental safety of children Skills Strong knowledge of child development Proven experience in patient service, assessment, and following customized treatment planning Expertise in working with children and families. (Blossom Well will provide monthly trainings) Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse clients Familiarity with occupational health protocols and med spa operations Ability to communicate complex health concepts clearly and professionally Prior experience in a med spa setting is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills help heal families soothe minds, and transform lives.
