We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration / Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, specializing in water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation. This role involves working directly with clients serving their need for home services primarily in cleaning of flooring and upholstery while also assisting working on-site to restore properties affected by various types of damage, ensuring that they are cleaned, repaired, and restored to their original condition. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment are essential for success in this position. Duties Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Tile Floor cleaning Learn and assist in water damage restoration services, including extraction and drying of affected areas. Learn and assist in mold remediation processes to ensure safe and effective removal of mold from properties. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during restoration projects. On Call - Ability to respond after hours for emergency calls. The position offers a base pay plus commission and bonuses Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop effective restoration plans. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in the restoration industry and obtaining IICRC certifications is preferred. Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation is essential. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy materials or standing for extended periods.
